Origins: Manmade hybrid
Bloom: Short, compound inflorescence with deep pink/reddish bracts and purple tubular flowers
Ideal for: Indoors/Outdoors (better outdoors while young, needs good air flow)
Light: Strong indirect and/or filtered light, some direct light okay once established/older
Water: Spray or dunk twice a week, allow to dry within 6-8 hours. Soak for up to 1 hour as necessary and thoroughly dry to rehydrate during hotter and drier months
This is a gorgeous grex of seedlings that has very dense trichomes, they are quite scurfy. I would say they more closely resemble ehlersiana, but I haven't seen the bloom yet so perhaps bulbosa will shine through in the inflorescence. Best displayed sideways or upside down while young to avoid rotting, strong light required for best growth in early years
